You can return the items within 20 calendar days from the day they were delivered. You can return all or part of the order. Items that are returned without prior consultation with the store will not be accepted.
RETURN POLICY - REFUNDS
You have the right to return the products within 20 calendar days from the day they were delivered without having to reveal the reason why you wish for their return.
Return procedure: Pack the products in an appropriate packaging so that they won't be damaged and you send them via Geniki Tachidromiki in our charge. The appropriate packaging and the shipping of the products is your responsibility and make sure that by the time they reach the store they have to be in the same excellent condition you have received them. In case of unsealing or removing the labels and in case that the products do not meet the conditions the return is not accepted and the goods will be sent back to the customer. The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has undergone a quality check from our store and after the evaluation of its condition we will send you the new product with a charge of 5 euros. The return of the goods will have to include the receipt - invoice. In case you wish to deliver the goods with a different courier company the shipping costs will entirely charged to you. Returns via ELTA local post office are not accepted. You can also exchange the products in our store without any charge. In case of withdrawal the amount returned is the value of the products apart from the shipping and cash on delivery costs, while we will charge you 5 euros regarding the return shipping costs. In case remmitance costs occur will be entirely charged to you.
Defective products: In rare case you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it immediately free of charge. You have to send us a photo with as much detail as possible to confirm the defect, by email or on our facebook page within 4 calendar days from the day you received the products. In case you don't inform us the replacement cannot be done. If the problem is detected, we will send you the new product within the next 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the problem. In case there is no availability in the same product, you can exchange the product or we will refund you the amount.
